Did you know that livestock contribute more to climate change than all forms of transportation combined? Thinking about how much meat we eat is one of the most tangible ways to lower our personal environmental footprint.
For example, beef produces over 11.5x more carbon per gram of protein than beans!
This Sustainable Life Workshop, co-hosted by the Sustainability Office and Bon Appetit chefs, will teach you simple recipes and culinary techniques that make low-impact eating approachable, and delicious.
