40% of food in the US is wasted, at a time when 1 in 8 Americans do not know where there next meal will come from.
At this presentation by Bon Appetit Fellow, Claire Kelloway, learn about the different sources of food waste along the supply chain and how you can work to redirect surplus food to St. Mary’s residents in need through the Food Recovery Network.
